A direct-booking platform for luxury short-term rentals, letting independent property owners run their own branded booking sites and keep the commission that would otherwise go to Airbnb or Vrbo. Every property runs from one shared multi-tenant backend and a single administrative dashboard.
Project Overview
The system is organised around a central Property entity that drives per-owner branding, theming, CMS content and booking rules, with tenant isolation enforced in middleware. Guests move through a five-step onboarding flow covering identity verification, e-signature rental agreements, final details and confirmation.
Key Features
- Per-Owner Branding & Theming – A luminance-aware theming engine adjusts contrast automatically so no owner can produce an unreadable page.
- Two-Tier Admin Portal – Role separation between super admin and property admin, covering bookings, discount codes, rental agreements and leads.
- Audit Logging & Analytics – Full audit logging with archival and pruning, and a cross-property analytics dashboard.
- Two-Way iCal Sync – Synchronises with Airbnb and Vrbo to prevent double-booking; pricing syncs from PriceLabs.
