DumosRx – Retail & Store Operating System
Built and operated by Dumos Technologies
A business management platform for Nigerian retail and pharmacy operations, built and operated by Dumos Technologies as our own product. We built it to solve, at our own expense, the problem that most affects software use in Nigeria: what happens when the power goes and the network drops mid-transaction.
Project Overview
The application runs fully offline against a local store and synchronises to the cloud when connectivity returns, with conflict resolution for records edited in more than one place. Above that sits the analytics layer: sales performance, product profitability, peak-period analysis, staff activity, expiry and regulatory compliance alerting, and aggregate reporting across multiple branches from a single account, viewable on a phone.
